Let me show you the next mission creep: NO GOVERNMENT-ISSUED DIGITAL ID, NO NHS!

I’m not a Luddite; I can see the value of a Digital Identifier. What I have a problem with is who issues and controls my Digital ID. Who am I going to allow to have agency over me?

I don’t want to go all theological, but your/my agency, identity, and sovereignty are given to you/me by our/my maker (whatever that is for you), not some jumped-up little atheist man in Downing Street running a tribalistic psyop! By his own admission, he prefers the globalist Davos crowd! He can stick their government-issued and controlled Digital ID where the sun doesn’t shine, whether developed by OfDIA, Labour Together, The Blair Foundation, Multiverse, Yoti, OneID, GB Group, Thirdfort, Amiqus Resolution, or Sam Altman and his World ID & Orb!

Although from what I can see wallet UI improvements are still needed, anybody can already set up their own Decentralised ID, which they own and control as a Self-Sovereign Identity, for free. Just get a NOSTR public key! You can then authorise third parties like the government or NHS etc to interact with certain aspects of your Digital ID and profile, but you control the data, not the third party or government.

Government services should be developed around integration with the DID-Nostr protocol if we want to safeguard and optimise for positive future outcomes.
