Do it! I had to find jobs before moving or accept the stress and the reserve burning of the unknown. If you can take your work around with you it gives you more freedom of choosing the destination.

Don’t over do it. Done it for 15 years, now I have no roots and a small small life. Building yourself a social life gets harder as we get older (and broken😬)
