I may slow down adoption a bit. People who are attracted to Bitcoin because of instant and cross border settlement may feel that the digital euro is good enough for them.
But the majority of bitcoin adoption comes from the realization that fiat currencies are collapsing.
I think it will boost bitcoin. More and more people will feel comfortable to use some „digital wallet“. And then the jump to btc is easy
