Why isn't there a party for straight up direct democracy ?

Just whenever there's a vote, people vote on the party's electronic platform and senators/representatives have to vote in proportion of the popular vote.

Example : 5 seats vote on a bill. The electronic platform says the people are 60% for, 3 vote for, 2 against ?
