yes I did, might be related but the accounts page before I press the "+" loads forever instead of showing some sort of message saying there aren't any accounts added ATM(not sure what the actual UX is supposed to be)

scanning the xpubs with a qr code didn't work, so I copy and pasted manually, it still wouldn't let me import though. I did remember to input the master key fingerprint field as well

It should at least give you an error.

What format are the xpubs in? Are you getting them from a specific hardware wallet?
