I personally dont beyond how I show up...I want to develop frens here and promote community on nostr. Life is better this way. But after all the notes today, I had a thought so I posted it.
Yeah I've never felt like you're into that. I personally really detest engagement posts. It's probably because they trigger me into engaging with them. 😆
I know there'll be clients that employ these types of feeds, but I really dislike the incentives that they create.
I’m not sure if you’d consider them engagement posts, but I really enjoy notes that spark a wave of discussion. No zaps and a few likes but people were posting really interesting replies to this one recently:

Yeah discussion is different. Exchanging ideas & opinions can be both enjoyable & valuable.
Some posts that get a lot of engagement were just contraversial but authentic takes/questions.
You can never truly know the intent behind a post.
Some posters just feel like they're desperate for attention & I'm not here to make people feel popular.
