I don't understand some Bitcoiners double standard.

Why agree to comply in a permission less payment system?

Are bitcoin companies repeat the tradfi formulas for compliance at the cost of freedom to transact?

Are we going to accept states criteria to tell us what can we buy or sell and from who?

This is not what Bitcoin was invented for.
