Why you making me remember that?!?!? Worst I had to do was 90mins to go 90mins to come back. 3hrs a day wasted burning fossil fuels stuck in traffic.

Ok… thank you for making me realize I do not live that stupid life no more.

I feel ya, was in the same boat. How could i have been so stupid 🤦‍♂️

I guess fiat mindset makes you do stupid things.

Chasing a career… wanting to be part of the club. Eventually I realized what the price to pay was… if I were to screw my staff and screw my customers , then I’d be rewarded.

Well screw you and your publicly listed fiat mine. I saw them lose 45% in a day after I was gone. So satisfying…

Can’t believe I spent hours commuting to a job I could have done from home. Now I just get up and go outside with kids. 0 commute. Let’s never go back to that.

I memba.

In my 20's in London I had to ride the tube 3 stops in the opposite direction on the same line in order to fit on a tube going in the right direction.

🤕

Lol. I used to spend 5 hours a day commuting. Good riddance

😯

Yeah, those stairs were killing me.

yup! just did it yesterday! 😅 Commuting by train is not all that bad. You have time to read, study or programming on your side projects. Sure, I'd prefer spend time walking in the wood, but still better than driving a car

The lies we tell ourselves… it’s ok, I was in your shoes too, train commute and boy did I convince myself it was fine…

I'm aware it's not optimal, but it is the best trade-off I can obtain right now

I know, I’m not that serious about my statements. I know people do what needs to be done.

also, I work from home a couple of days a week. Overall not too bad 😅

this is part of the trade-off 😅

Sure looks like it helps the equation

Southern California?

not even close 😉

I’ll never do it again, could never go back.
