I find a weighted blanket by itself is too warm and hurts my sleep. Combined with a bed chiller to keep me cool is where it really shines.

Now I really feel paranoid if JP is less worried about 8sleep’s privacy infringing TOS than I am. Have you read them? How do you sleep at night?
