At this scale, and especially if you're avoiding 'engineered' materials, I'd be quite surprised if you were able to cover the power inputs alone, much less output power with any level of efficiency, even if you only wanted to refine the cesium or sodium or whatever that you're using. Now if you were using this as a topping cycle for something that had a forced intake, things might be different.
