That skyscraper is the Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Tallest skyscraper in the world.

Yes I understand, it’s their culture and has been for thousands of years.

Although it doesn’t mean I agree with it, I will however respect their culture whilst I am visiting as I’m only there for 2 days.
