oh by the way if you try my routine you will literally die unless you hydrate properly, this is because my workout is aimed at full body pump which is only possible with proper hydration
you need to take about 40 minutes to warm up during which time you will drink about half a gallon of water
then after you finish the workout your pump will begin to deflate and you will piss out about half a gallon over the course of an hour or two
