Why do you think we dream?

I had a violent one this time, there were a few survivors. I'm just glad I woke up from it and didn't have to deal with the mess of that reality.

Don’t know but I often say nightmares are a gift in this regard - when we wake up from them, we can be appreciative of the fact that they aren’t our reality.
