yes, it should be possible to have basically all public social media network content ingested into custom built relays that you can use to access them.

no but someone did a thing called "exit" that cloned twitter content to nostr. Could be done with any social media where there is public posts, non-public posts obviously can't be read without permission. It's a fairly common thing with chat platforms, bridges between matrix, discord, etc.
