Bitcoin yes, but if it comes to time it depends. Individual's time is but generally time is an abstract and relative concept. The universe could have no beginning.

I believe, in the future, only bitcoin will remain scarce. If humans discover immortality, then time becomes infinite, it will no longer be scarce.
