It's not so much policing, it's just being able to do what I want with my own property without have to bother with asking permission from anyone else unless it might impact my neighbors (because I'm not a complete douche).

I asked about the water, and the response I got???
"The property owner said the well was already dug when they bought the property, so they are unsure if it was legally done.... But it's not like anybody's going to come up and check it out, or anything."

Honestly, that's the response I'd expect from an old realtor in a small Utah town...
But with power, free-water and several gates and no year-round access, could be a "farm" 😂
That's not bad. Could put up a big solar array and even run a small fabrication shop for not too crazy an amount of money...
