YouTube is getting really annoying. Let's hope there will be more people soon post their videos on Nostr directly.

Uploading videos to a web server like Nostr.Build & then linking directly to the video file.
I actually prefer when people post links to songs on YouTube. It allows me to play then on newpipe while continuing to browse on Nostr.
That web server is on Amazon and Cloudflare.
What we need is a fully decentralized video hosting/sharing platform.
I would love to see zaps/sats incorporated into torrenting.
I think torrents would be a good way to share this type of content but we need a way to incentivise hosting & sharing the content.
The YouTube algorithm is clearly trying to spin people up towards nihilism.
Does it clog up relays with data? Is it feasible?

When I started using a VPN Youtube started doing this to me.
hey Gigi, take one further step back. it's self and other (making a wall / separation, delineating it, and widening it in the form of "fear" or with the "appearance of fear" whether they actually fear it or not. if you look at it from way back, you'll start to see this same pattern in most toxic behaviour on and offline.
