These are the beautiful berries I leisurely picked with my kids tonight when I wanted to be writing.
These are the same berries being fed to the chickens when they can crashing out of the fridge and onto the floor when I decided I had to grind coffee for the morning when I wanted to be writing.

Luckily for me my MC is already brimming with anxiety and tragedy so I am able to let it all melt into the page. But I really wanted a berry crumble!
