Persistence pays off - I now have https://code.pobblelabs.org/nostr_relay/ working via termux!

After a bit more polish & testing, I will publish a kind:30023 note documenting how to do this, since the `pip` version does not work at all and user will have to modify their python environment a little to fix retarded shit clang devs have done.
