Such a large invoice was a risk! They could have proven their point!

There is an issue with that size of an invoice where if the right invoice from the right lightning wallet(alby?) was issued it couldn’t have been paid.

When bitcoin rocks was paying out million sat zap grand prize winnings they wound up needing to break the payments into 500k sat chunks to make sure it would get to everyone who won depending on their lightning wallets.

Not to mention if they had posted a self hosted address and there wasnt enough liquidity in the path.
