Also the western world isn't going to stop using USD for trade even if the global south does.
I'm pulling this out of thin air but something like 60% of trade will probably still be in USD.
And it's not like this hasn't happened before, GBP didn't hyperinflate.
I could be wrong, but I thought I read this week that currently only 60% of trade involves $USD.
