I have been trimming the fat. poast was much more, its actually slightly below 2k now and i am still working on it. im not going to drop services, but i will run them as cheaply as possible. when i find deals i move stuff. happens all the time

I was just thinking...Can't you reduce costs somehow? You have beefy infrastructure and run many things. Wouldn't Scaling down be better for you and your users ? PeerTube for you is super expensive to run if I remember right. Trim the fat and run leaner so you can make babies
