You dont own anything at all ever if you want to be technical. Try to bring anything with you as you pass onto the next life. You own nothing.

I'm not being technical I'm being realistic, if you have to pay ransom to use it yearly it's not yours. I'm trying to open eyes and show people we aren't very far away from the "You will own nothing and be happy" phase.
Its still really far from that. Would you seriously avoid "owning" a roof over your families head because of a few hundred dollars per year in property tax? Govs arent coming and taking anything away either, like i hear people fear talk about. Maybe one day... i can imagine it... but avoiding ownership now? Ive already years under my belt of home ownership. No one took anything. A more important fact to push is you dont own a home if the bank is involved and you have a mortgage. Pay cash people!
