I like roundabouts.

They are still safer. Numerous studies have shown that the decrease in fatalities or serious injuries with roundabouts. They do tend, however, to cause more minor accidents.
So you are not wrong that they cause more accidents, but I’d rather get a dent on my bumper than lose an arm!
