I don't disagree about the need for privacy, I just don't see nostr ever gaining traction in this regard and I'd personally go with an architecture that is specifically designed for privacy rather than trying to shoehorn privacy into an architecture that is fundamentally transparent.

I mean, nothing against building privacy layers on top of nostr, just think there are easier ways to do it.
