Critics of some of the new Georgia State Election Board rules are asking a judge for an emergency hearing to overturn the rules. This comes as early voting is due to start in three weeks. The challenge to the new rules comes from political conservatives who say the MAGA majority election board has overstepped its authority. "You can't make election rule changes this close to an election because it creates chaos," said Brian Robinson, who is the plaintiffs’ spokesman.
