I think most of the people, including myself, don't know how to be kind to themselves. Where does it start, where does it end?

Being kind to others doesn't take that much most of the time, and I find that it comes back to me. So being kind to others is part of being kind to myself.

you couldn't show compassion to others unless you have compassion to one's self. The note refers to specifics on how you treat yourself when you are in a dire situation. Eg. Do you resent yourself or do you self attact, regret or compassion or self-critic. Do you hate yourslef? It starts by this situation that you ask yourself, how would I advice a friend if my situation happened to them? By treating yourself the way you treat a true friend is a start. Btw, there is no straight answers, all of these take a lot of practice. ❤️
