So I finally got around to making a Scaffa (maybe)...
I was just using what I had on hand, so it's not completely true to the guidelines you provided, but I'm obsessed.
Scaffa Test No.1:
2oz Plantation Rum (Dark Original)
1oz Amaro NoniƱo
6 dashes Angostura Bitters
