There are plenty of blockchains that provide domain names if that's what you're looking for. Ethereum, Namecoin, and Solana all have them.

namecheap never let me down in 20 years. support is kinda good.
I use namecheap as well. It's good for domains but if you want anything more advanced like SSL or email you'll have to pay for it.
I have hosted things with a free subdomain from https://freedns.afraid.org/
Good for hobby projects, if you don't mind them sending you a stupid captcha to solve once a month
