There are two types of negative space. There is the one that you have in the GitHub issue, which looks like a keyboard glitch.
There is another one where the notes is just blank. (I think those were #nsfw filters)

Yes! I always thought those were nsfw filters but it’s just a guess. Sometimes the gap is larger.
