Oh yeah, though it could be my weak gut that loves it.

I take it every morning and it helps keep my bloating at bay and it’s helped me heal from food poisoning before. I love it!

That's great! I've experimented with it pre carbohydrate consumption in the past to reduce blood sugar variability.

I love the way it tastes, but I never really noticed anything physically, so that's really cool to hear 👍

I have a few friends that have benefitted from it in the same way.
