I want someone to make a defrag utility for ext4 that shows the little blue blocks being moved around.

Why?

Because I grew up in the 90's and that's how I learned to meditate. That's why.

So much time spent defragmenting my hard drives…

I’m not even sure it made a difference 😂😂

Added some pretty good wear to those platters. LOL.

I think it mattered on those old HDDs, but probably not much on SSDs.

Yes, I bet this process reduced the lifespan of those poor HDDs
