The Academy's official Instagram handle shared a clip of Deepika Padukone dancing to the song Deewani Mastani from the movie Bajirao Mastani. Ranveer Singh, Deepika's husband and co-star, commented on the post. The song is sung by Shreya Ghoshal and is from filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial, also featuring Priyanka Chopra. Last year, Deepika performed the Oscar-winning song Naatu Naatu at the 95th Academy Awards. The song is from the movie RRR and is the first-ever Telugu song to be performed, nominated, and win at the Oscars.
