Probably a Neutrino issue. You can check your ping times under Settings > Embedded Node > Peers > Neutrino. Over 200ms will cause issues

I just see this. Hit reset and force-quit. Still 0 balance. 
You can hit the hourglass icons to get the ping times.
If the issue persists after ensuring you have low latency then you can manually trigger a rescan under Settings > Embedded > Advanced
