Yes, but the further you are from the sea, the worse quality fish you get. When everything needs to be frozen and transported to you for hundreds of miles, all of a sudden local meat becomes the better choice. This is why I almost exclusively eat fish and crustaceans once I'm near the sea, but mostly meat at home.
