Here's my white pill analysis:
The Lummis bill is still in play and it's better than an executive order from a game theoretical perspective.
The executive order buys time, at least 4 years of not selling bitcoin.
We should still pressure politicians to pass the Lummis bill and there is no better time to do so than these next 4 years.
