I used to get up at 6:30am to go to work when I worked in an office. Now I roll out of bed at 7:45am since I work from home 😂 I do need start getting up earlier again, which also means going to bed earlier as well.

I'm a natural night owl. I seem to get really good bursts of working energy at around like 10 p.m. to late in the evening like one or two. But then that means that I'm generally not fully functional until around 10 or 11 a.m. the next day.

But most of the world is geared towards a nine to five type schedule. So if I want to interact with normal business world then unfortunately I think I need to start adjusting my schedule more.
