I strongly support the farmers all over Europe, but this shit is at best counterproductive and needs to be punished harder. There's copycat retards everywhere on social media that want to do this when they see it done.

If it's the original - probably not, as it's well known that very famous painings are well done copies that are on display rather than the original - or they are regularly rotated.
Also, there was protective glass in front of it, so it's unharmed.
