They don't want to waist time having elections also. They would rather just take away your voice in full dictatorship without having to explain anything to the people.
People do not realize how hard our ancestors worked, slaved, and sacrifice just to be able to peacefully voice their opinion in front of those that controlled them. Are elections manipulated, absolutely but make them work for it and make it obvious to everyone that they cheat.
Not voicing your opinion or presenting your intentions is like working with the idiot at work that gives zero feedback when you are training them on a dangerous job. Odd how they bitch when they nearly get killed. Maybe they should have asked questions or expressed their intentions so they could have been helped.
Nothing worse than those that first won't do something for themselves (vote) then turn around like a spoiled child and demand something (freedom) without working for it.
