If bitcoin would have independent value, why panic?
The only blessing Bitcoin has is the multi currency community, but that doesn’t mean any independent value on its own.

Incorruptible scarcity has enormous intrinsic value.

I’m afraid scarcity is not applicable to limited supply, since the value is not capped, is it?!
