I’m doing 21 hour days in 8 week intervals which amounts to over 9 weeks of productivity and output in only 8 weeks - 8 extra days to be precise. I’m sleeping in 4 hour blocks no nap but I like this sleep schedule you shared much better. If you don’t have a launch or deadline or specific goal you will just waste more time and have less sleep. It’s doable but not sustainable over the long term.
As an aside, for me the secret to achieving 21 hour days with ease is strong bright light, powerful like the sun. I use Happy Light. I have so much natural energy too, the light energizes me.☀️💡💛
