Which operating system do you use on a computer? What ISP? Have you tried manually setting another DNS on the computer, perhaps?
The connection works fine in my case.

Both devices are using the same VPN provider. Tried multiple server locations, no change. Multiple browsers, no change. Disabled computer firewall, no change. Anyone else having this?
