What's your opinion on this? Do you like to drive? Do you see it too that soon (in decades) the possibility to enjoy your own drive will be banned and only self-driving cars will be allowed?

I predicted in 2020 that driving licenses will be discontinued by 2035 under the guise of "protecting us" because BS studies will be published by imaginary experts about how dangerous it is to have people behind the wheel when AI is much safer for the roads.
This is just another step in that direction, and it's so obviously the end game IMHO.
Tasteless and doesn't make sense at all.
Technology should augment our capabilities not replace them. This is intentional as the state wants to to disrupt our ability to act in even in the most mundane of things.
I think that the current "drive assist" systems are just making droids from the drivers. They are driving way worse than before...
In first world countries this may seem doable.
In countries such as mine #Egypt it's impossible. I can't even,plain it you have to see it for yourself.
