If they are 100% sure he is guilty he should be set free with a mark on his face, this mark should be mean that ANYONE can do ANYTHING they want to to him with zero consequences.
Also he should have a tracker implanted into his ass, that tracker can be pulled up with a fee app. I call this punishment "removal from protection under the law" and many people quality for it.
