It’s not the SEC though, it’s BlackRock. The SEC and Fed Reserve are now as good as controlled by BlackRock. It is the NWO occurring. They will not rest until Bitcoin is neutered as an escape hatch. Bitcoin is a larger force than BlackRock or SEC. No government can control a mathematical thermodynamic entity.
