It's actually a sanctuary build on the edge of a mountain. Bitcoiners often use the citadel meme where they imagine to live a self sovereign life. That's what most aim for. I like to think being self sovereign is more a state of mind, it's even spiritual. So a simple sanctuary high up in the mountains fits this idea very well.
