I've downloaded the PDF and will see how I can get through it. For these type of documents I still prefer good old paper.

Just found this. I haven't tried it but they price printing a 340 pages book in economy format for $20 once you include shipping.
Another option is to load the PDF in your kindle or other e-reader.
