Certain menial white-collar occupations aside, AI isn't going to replace anyone because it's better but it'll replace a lot of workers because it's cheaper and we'll all just have to learn to live under its ham-fisted governance.

Of course, AI won't be running anything; it'll just be a fig-leaf for the same old players but they'll be able to defer responsibility for all their decisions to the algos, the same way they hide behind The Experts now. The only thing AI will truly render obsolete is any accountability on the part of the decision-makers.

i like then people say how we need AI to explain the reasoning behind its decision then it’s still up to debate if we, humans, are actually make decisions according our reasonings or we make them up afterwards 🥴
yeah, and maybe not even replace but reduce the amount of workers!
