You need to host exactly the following JSON file at https://lynalden.com/.well-known/nostr.json

https://nosbin.com/nevent1qqsw64tz3qwll36uaeq52w66qks2j0fps8jnae0527a675m9f6az9mcpzemhxue69uhkzarvv9ejumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgqg4waehxw309ajkgetw9ehx7um5wghxcctwvsq3wamnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3wvekhgtnhd9azucnf0gq3gamnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3wdau8gu3wv3jhvqgswaehxw309ahx7um5wgh8w6twv5q3jamnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3w0fjkyetyv4jjucmvda6kgqghwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhxxatjwfjkuapwveukjqg5waehxw309aex2mrp0yhxgctdw4eju6t0qyt8wumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnwdaeky6tw9e3k7mgprfmhxue69uhhyetvv9ujummjv9hxwetsd9kxctnyv4mqzxrhwden5te0wfjkccte9eekummjwsh8xmmrd9skc39tpej

Then you can update your profile with the NIP-05 address "_@lynalden.com". The underscore is a reserved name to indicate that you are the domain owner, so it will simply show as "lynalden.com" in clients (as opposed to something redundant like "lyn@lynalden.com").

While you're right, many people won't check a website before talking with you, this is a direct visual identifier while in th process of communicating with you. It definitely won't hurt.

If you need help setting up this up on your website with your web host, let me know.
