#Nostr is technically difficult to the tune of 15 minutes of learning, this has evolutionarily eliminated 99.999999% of all #women and 99.9% of all #men from joining.

More than revealing how much more technically difficult Nostr could be, what nostr needs is an app/website/client even #HomerSimpson could be up and running on in under a minute.

2) Quick and easy default setup

I fully agree that to attract new people to Nostr we need very simple steps for beginners.

For me https://nostr.com/ was very useful and I am using it to invite clients of my little business to contact me on Nostr.
